Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

RAW Boutique49 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, RAW Boutique49 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers may file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
