Refund Policy

At RAW Boutique49, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

However, we will gladly assist in the following situations:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sunglasses

  • Sale items

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging

RAW Boutique49 reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
