What is our processing time?
Regular Processing Time
· Our normal processing time is 2 to 4 business days. These days include shipping. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
· Any rushed orders are subject to express mail, the rush order fee is $25, which is applicable to any rush order.
· Our custom orders have a processing time of 7 to 10 business days.
Holiday Processing Time
We, RAW Boutique49, want to ensure that all orders are received on time. Please follow shipping guidelines about holidays.
Christmas- place all orders before December 5
Thanksgiving- place all orders before November 5
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
All online custom orders must pay the full payment.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high order volume periods. Once you receive your tracking information via email or text, the number of days for shipping is included with the processing time.
Orders are mailed through USPS, UPS, FED Ex, and DHL. Our third-party shipping carrier provides insurance coverage and covers up to $125. Please be advised about insurance coverage and choosing the best option for packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, undelivered or has any other issues, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at rawboutique49@gmail.com. Allow 24 to 48 hours for a response about shipping concerns. We, RAW Boutique49, will try our best to evaluate any issues and handle them promptly.
The initial shipping fee is non-refundable in the case of a return. We advise our customers to contact the proper mail courier about shipping. When we purchase the labels, we do include insurance coverage upon shipping option.
Regarding exchanges and returns, we do not allow exchanges and returns for apparel items (shirts, blouses, bottoms, etc.) Other items are considered by our management, please include the following information: name and order number (subject), explanation about the issues, and contact information: address, email address, and phone number.
Please understand that you are responsible for shipping fees back to RAW Boutique49. We are happy to cover the shipping cost back to you.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photo proof of the issue
Description of the problem
Once approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items

Worn items
Items without original packaging
Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
RAW Boutique49 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these guidelines.
Custom Order Policy
· Please ensure that all information about the custom order is correct. Color selections can be changed within 24 hours and email us at rawboutique49@gmail.com.
· If there is an error, and the received product doesn’t correlate with the order, please contact us by email.
